A：自收到商品的日期起算，皆享有一年產品有限保固，新品瑕疵於收到商品7天內可免費更換新品。此有限保固不涵蓋 : 1. 因意外、濫用、誤用、擅自維修或安裝不當使用所造成的損害。2. 一般正常磨損對於產品所造成的輕微表面損害也不負擔保之責。3. 電池等消耗性零件的正常耗損。

IT'S REAL Cassette Player does not have built-in batteries, and there are two ways to supply power:
1. Four AA batteries
2. USB-C (not charging) if you have no AA batteries
In case of AA rechargeable batteries, you may directly charge AA rechargeable batteries through the USB-C port on IT’S REAL Cassette Player. *** can only charge rechargeable batteries ***REAL TAPE has built-in lithium batteries and a USB-C charging port. You can charge REAL TAPE through the USB-C.

Q：REAL TAPE 可以用在什麼卡帶機？
A：REAL TAPE 的尺寸跟普通卡帶一樣，可以放進不同的卡帶機。我們建議在 Boombox 及大型帶揚聲器的卡帶機上使用，並不建議在便攜式卡帶機中使用 REAL TAPE 。
因為我們沒法確保舊式的卡帶機狀態，所以我們沒法保證 REAL TAPE 能在所有（特別是二手）的 Boombox 及大型帶揚聲器的卡帶機上都能以最佳狀態播放。
由於舊式的卡帶機狀態不一，如果 REAL TAPE 未能在卡帶機中轉動，你可以：

Q: What are the cassette players for REAL TAPE?
A: REAL TAPE is the same as ordinary cassettes in size, and it can be put into different cassette players. We recommend using Boombox and large cassette players with speakers rather than portable cassette players.
Since we are not sure of the condition of old cassette players, it is beyond our ability to warrant that REAL TAPE can be played under optimal conditions on all (especially second-hand) Boombox and large cassette players with speakers.
Since the condition of old cassette players vary, if REAL TAPE fails to spin in the cassette players, you can:
1. Use Fast Forward 15 seconds to make REAL TAPE gears run smoothly, then press PLAY
2. If it once again fails to spin, you can still use REAL TAPE by pressing PLAY + PAUSE. Then you can continue to hear music without spinning REAL TAPE.-
