A：自收到商品的日期起算，皆享有一年產品有限保固，新品瑕疵於收到商品7天內可免費更換新品。此有限保固不涵蓋 : 1. 因意外、濫用、誤用、擅自維修或安裝不當使用所造成的損害。2. 一般正常磨損對於產品所造成的輕微表面損害也不負擔保之責。3. 電池等消耗性零件的正常耗損。

請務必保留購買證明(如：發票)且將產品寄返時請儘量使用原始包裝；如無法提供購買證明，將無法享受完整的保固服務。保固期間若商品有問題，經檢驗過後，若發現是產品材料或生產缺陷，我們將盡最大努力提供免費維修或表現和穩定性相對於新品的產品，並具備同等功能的產品。出貨前我們會再次檢查，請您放心。

Q: Is there any warranty service?

A: You can enjoy a limited warranty for one year from the date of receiving the product. If you discover any defect in the new product, please contact us for free exchanges within seven days after receiving the product. This limited warranty does not include: 1. Damage resulting from accidents, abuse, misuse, unauthorized repair, or improper installation. 2. Minor damage to the product surface incurred by normal abrasion. 3. Normal depletion of consumable parts such as batteries.

Please make sure to keep the proof of purchase (such as invoice) and pack defective products in original packaging as possible as you can when claiming returns; if you cannot provide the proof of purchase, you will not be able to enjoy the full warranty service. If any defect in materials or workmanship is found during the warranty period after our inspection, we will do our best to provide free maintenance or products whose performance and stability are comparable to a new one while possessing the same functions. We will double check products before shipment, so please rest assured.

Q：IT’S REAL 及  REAL TAPE 是如何供電？
IT’S REAL Cassette Player 並沒有內置電池，供電的方法有以下 2 種：

1) 以 4 粒 AA 電池供電
2) 在沒有 AA 電池的情況下，以 USB-C 供電（非充電）

如果你是使用 AA 充電池，你亦可以透過 IT’S REAL Cassette Player 的 USB-C 口為AA 充電池直接充電。***只可以為充電池充電***

REAL TAPE 內置鋰電池，備有 USB-C 充電接口，你可以以 USB-C 為 REAL TAPE 充電。

Q: How are IT'S REAL and REAL TAPE powered?

IT'S REAL Cassette Player does not have built-in batteries, and there are two ways to supply power:

1. Four AA batteries
2. USB-C (not charging) if you have no AA batteries

In case of AA rechargeable batteries, you may directly charge AA rechargeable batteries through the USB-C port on IT’S REAL Cassette Player. *** can only charge rechargeable batteries ***

REAL TAPE has built-in lithium batteries and a USB-C charging port. You can charge REAL TAPE through the USB-C.

Q：REAL TAPE 可以用在什麼卡帶機？
A：REAL TAPE 的尺寸跟普通卡帶一樣，可以放進不同的卡帶機。我們建議在 Boombox 及大型帶揚聲器的卡帶機上使用，並不建議在便攜式卡帶機中使用 REAL TAPE 。

因為我們沒法確保舊式的卡帶機狀態，所以我們沒法保證 REAL TAPE 能在所有（特別是二手）的 Boombox 及大型帶揚聲器的卡帶機上都能以最佳狀態播放。

由於舊式的卡帶機狀態不一，如果 REAL TAPE 未能在卡帶機中轉動，你可以：

Q: What are the cassette players for REAL TAPE?

A: REAL TAPE is the same as ordinary cassettes in size, and it can be put into different cassette players. We recommend using Boombox and large cassette players with speakers rather than portable cassette players.

Since we are not sure of the condition of old cassette players, it is beyond our ability to warrant that REAL TAPE can be played under optimal conditions on all (especially second-hand) Boombox and large cassette players with speakers.

Since the condition of old cassette players vary, if REAL TAPE fails to spin in the cassette players, you can:

1. Use Fast Forward 15 seconds to make REAL TAPE gears run smoothly, then press PLAY
2. If it once again fails to spin, you can still use REAL TAPE by pressing PLAY + PAUSE. Then you can continue to hear music without spinning REAL TAPE.

Q：REAL TAPE 的藍牙兼容什麼設備？

A: REAL TAPE is equipped with Bluetooth 5.0 receiver, so all transmission devices with the Bluetooth function can be connected to it, such as general cell phones, tablets, and computers. Some vinyl discs that support Bluetooth transmission can also be connected to REAL TAPE.

Q: 當配合 REAL TAPE 使用時，如何達到最佳效果？

A: 由於每台設備的音量輸出有異，我們建議你將設備的音量設定為不多於 70-80% ，然後再使用 IT’S REAL 的音量控制輪調整至適合的音量。

Q: What is the best setting when using it as a bluetooth speaker?

A: Since every device’s volume output varies, maximum volume setting of your device should be below 80%, and adjust the Volume Control Knob (7) to your preferred sound level.

• 如何將音樂檔案複製到 PLAYDISC 上

Windows 系統**

1. 確定 PLAYDISC 在 3.5mm 輸出模式，再長按 "Disc" 按鈕 (1) 開機。

• How to copy music files to PLAYDISC

Windows OS

1. Turn on the device in 3.5mm headphone mode by long-pressing the "Disc Button" (1).
2. Connect the device to your computer using the included USB-C data cable. *Not all USB-C cables can transmit data. We can only guarantee that the included USB-C data cable can transmit data. If you are not using the included USB-C cable, please check first whether it can transmit data.
3. The Power/Bluetooth LED (8) will light up.
4. The system should automatically recognize and open the PLAYDISC folder. If it doesn't, navigate to "This PC" and double-click to open the PLAYDISC folder.
5. Drag and drop your chosen music files into the PLAYDISC folder.*The order of the music files will be determined by the alphabetical order of the folder names.
6. If you have multiple song lists or albums: The order of the music files will be determined by the alphabetical order of the folder names. If you are concerned about the folder or album order, please rename the folders before dragging them into the PLAYDISC folder.
7. After copying the music files, remember to eject the PLAYDISC.
